Elizabeth Riding

Elizabeth Riding has extensive experience in strategic communications and engagement, currently serving as the Head of Media and Engagement for Lancashire Constabulary since June 2006. Elizabeth has led efforts to reorganize the Corporate Communications function following significant budget cuts and has played a key role in change communications during a period of financial challenges faced by the Constabulary. Previous roles include Deputy Head of Corporate Communications and Press and PR Manager, where Elizabeth developed media relations and internal communication strategies. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from UCLan and began a career in public relations with various initiatives aimed at enhancing community safety and engagement.
