Gillian Routledge MSt (Cantab) is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Lancashire Constabulary. Prior to this role, Gillian held positions such as Head of Tasking and Coordination and Head of Performance and Analysis at Durham Constabulary. Gillian also has experience in sales support at GRUNDFOS, logistics management at Targor GmbH, and laboratory technician at ICI CHEMICALS & POLYMERS LIMITED. Gillian holds a Mst in Applied Criminology and Police Management from the University of Cambridge, and a BSc Hons in Technology Management from the University of Sunderland.
