Phil S. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire. Currently, Phil holds a temporary position as the Business Analytics & Performance Manager at Lancashire Constabulary, where Phil works with the Corporate Development; Performance, Analytics & Evaluation Team. Prior to this, Phil worked at Greater Manchester Police in various roles including Supervisor Development Programme, Control Room Mentor, and Service Desk Lead. In addition, Phil has obtained a Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and completed a course in Querying SQL Databases using T-SQL from QA.
