Susannah Clarke

Susannah Clarke KPM is the Director of the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network at Lancashire Constabulary, a position held since September 2022. With over three decades of service at Lancashire Constabulary, Susannah has held multiple roles, including Detective Chief Superintendent, where responsibilities encompassed leading a multi-agency team to combat violent crime, managing crime operations with over 600 staff members, and overseeing significant public protection initiatives. Susannah has also contributed to safeguarding processes and establishing trauma-informed practices within the workforce. Prior experience includes teaching English at Preston's College and a BA Hons in English and Education Studies from the University of Central Lancashire.
