Adam Connell

Adam Connell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business management and development. Currently serving as a School Business Manager at Lancashire County Council since January 2024, Adam previously held the position of Business Development Manager at The Lytham Dental Clinic Limited from April 2021 to December 2023. Prior to that, Adam worked at Thorntons as Assistant Manager and Supervisor, managing teams of up to 25 employees in high-turnover flagship retail environments. Adam began a career at Build-A-Bear Workshop, where responsibilities included supervising a team and ensuring exemplary customer service.
