Courtney White

Courtney White is a dedicated professional in youth services with extensive experience primarily in various roles within the youth support sector. Currently serving as a Professional Range Youth Worker at Lancashire County Council since August 2023, Courtney's previous positions include Practice and Training Supervisor, Deputy Youth Support Manager, and Senior Youth Support Worker at Novalis Trust from March 2018 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as a Support Worker at CareTech, Youth Worker at Maindee Youth Project, and youth placements at Newport City Council. Courtney holds a BA Hons in Youth and Community Work (with Youth Justice) from the University of South Wales, completed between 2014 and 2017, along with additional educational pursuits at South Gloucestershire and Stroud College.
