Peter Lloyd

Peter Lloyd serves as the Director of Digital Services at Lancashire County Council, beginning in December 2023, where leadership of the Transformation and Technology team focuses on defining and delivering a broad portfolio of change initiatives. Prior experience includes over 14 years at Cheshire West and Chester Council, holding roles such as Head of Transformation and Technology, Senior Manager for Public Service Reform, and Public Service Reform Programme Manager. In these capacities, Peter Lloyd successfully managed strategic transformation portfolios and complex change initiatives, including digital improvements and community budget strategies that resulted in significant cost savings. Educational qualifications include a 2:2 Hons degree in Cybernetics from the University of Bradford.
