Natalie Kershaw

Natalie Kershaw is the Group Chief Financial Officer at Lancashire Holdings. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Accounting Officer from August 2014 to March 2020. Natalie has also been with Lancashire Insurance Group as the Group Financial Controller and CFO Lancashire Insurance Company (Bermuda) from December 2009 to August 2014. Natalie started their career at Swiss Re (UK) as Head of Financial Reporting from February 2005 to November 2009 before moving to PriceWaterhouseCoopers Bermuda as Audit Manager from January 2000 to December 2003.
