James Lucy Phr

James Lucy, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources management. James most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director at The Medical Bureau of Lancaster, where they provided oversight of daily operations until its closure in April 2023. James also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Albright Care Services, where they provided leadership and support to the HR team.
