Maya Fenner is currently serving as the Workforce & Education Initiatives Coordinator at Lancaster Chamber since June 2024. Prior to this role, Maya worked at Susquehanna University from August 2021 to May 2024, holding positions as Multiracial Student Liaison, Research Assistant in the Sociology/Anthropology department, and Sociology/Anthropology Student Worker. As a Research Assistant, Maya utilized qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze student civic engagement and activism on college campuses. Additional experience includes interning as a FLIPS Summer Intern at the Federal Highway Administration and working as a Substitute Paraeducator at Berks County Intermediate Unit #14 during the summer of 2022. Maya Fenner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Susquehanna University in May 2024.
