Penny Brady is an accomplished professional in business development and sales management, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at the Lancaster Chamber since November 2023, where a strong commitment to service and connection is emphasized. Prior experience includes roles such as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Lancaster Arts Hotel and Meetings and Conventions Sales Manager at both the Hershey Harrisburg Regional Visitors Bureau and Hilton Harrisburg.
