Drew Rodgers has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they started working as a Lead Sales Associate at Custom Kitchens of Lancaster, where they remained until the present time. In 2019, Drew became a Consultant at Lancaster Hemp Co, a position they held until November 2022. Currently, they work as the Assistant Director of Outside Operations at Lancaster Country Club, known for its prestigious reputation and as the host of the 2024 Women's U.S. Open.
Drew Rodgers obtained an Associate's degree in Business studies from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, from 2010 to 2011. Following this, Drew pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in business studies at Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
