Matt Schulte

Matt Schulte currently serves as a County Commissioner for Lancaster County, Nebraska, since January 2023. As the Executive Director of Youth For Christ USA Inc. since November 2010, Matt has successfully expanded the organization from 10 to 29 staff members while achieving board-directed goals. Previously, Matt was an elected official and Board Member for Lincoln Public Schools from May 2015 to May 2019, where leadership helped enhance educational quality for over 40,000 students. Early career experiences include roles at Casa Viva, LeaderTreks Youth Ministry, John Brown University, and an internship at Kids Alive International. Matt holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Middle School Math and Science from John Brown University.
