Timothy Greene

Timothy Greene is an experienced Facilities and Construction Project Manager at Lancaster County, SC Government since November 2022, overseeing planning, design, and construction of new projects and improvements. Prior to this, Timothy served as an Associate Program Manager at Wood Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. from February 2017 to September 2022, providing leadership and assisting in business development. Timothy managed various transportation projects during a distinguished career at the City of Charlotte from 1986 to 2016, including roles such as Retired Transportation Program Manager and Interim Engineering Services Division Manager, overseeing significant capital improvement projects and substantial budgets. Timothy holds a BS in Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and additional education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
