Carla Dewald

Carla DeWald, PT, MBA, FACHE, currently serves as the Senior Director of Hospital Clinical Operations at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, a role initiated in July 2015, overseeing Rehabilitation and Diagnostic Imaging Services. Prior experience includes multiple leadership positions within Crozer-K Keystone Health System from 1998 to 2015, encompassing Director of Rehabilitation Services and Administrative Director roles in various capacities. Carla's earlier career also features positions such as Assistant Director/Staff Physical Therapist at LPT Fitness & Physical Therapy and independent contractor roles in home care physical therapy. Carla holds a Master of Business Administration with a minor in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College.
