Larissa Whitney

Larissa Whitney, DBA MHS PA-C, currently serves as Program Director and Assistant Professor for the Physician Assistant Program at Penn State College of Medicine since April 2022. Whitney has extensive experience in various roles within healthcare, including positions as a Physician Assistant in Trauma and Acute Care Surgery at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health since July 2018 and as Clinical Coordinator for the Physician Assistant Program at Elizabethtown College from February 2019 to April 2022. Additional roles include faculty at Pennsylvania College of Technology and various positions in critical care and hospital medicine at UPMC Susquehanna, Lehigh Valley Health Network, and Geisinger Medical Center. Whitney holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Health Care Management and Leadership from California Intercontinental University, a Master's degree in Health Services from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
