Kyle Diem

Kyle Diem has extensive experience in project management and coaching within the sports and contracting industries. Since July 2012, Kyle has held multiple positions at Paramount Contracting, Inc., including Project Manager, Estimator, and Foreman. In parallel, from April 2022, Kyle has served as a Staff Coach for Lancaster Inferno and previously was a Staff Coach for Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer from October 2022 to June 2024. Kyle also held head coaching roles at PA Classics AC from July 2018 to July 2019 and at Penn Legacy from October 2012 to July 2018. Kyle earned a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from York College of Pennsylvania between 2007 and 2012 and a High School Diploma from Pequea Valley High School.
