Shacrista Rideaux

ShaCrista Rideaux is an experienced education professional with a strong background in special education and leadership. Currently serving as the Special Education Coordinator for Lancaster ISD since July 2022, ShaCrista previously held the position of Assistant Principal at Lake Travis ISD from July 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, ShaCrista worked in various roles at Round Rock ISD, including ARD Facilitator and Special Education Teacher, from August 2008 to July 2020. ShaCrista's career in education began as a Reading Specialist at East Baton Rouge Parish School System from August 2006 to May 2008. ShaCrista earned a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas State University.
