Susan Billy

Susan Billy has extensive experience in behavioral health and education, currently serving as the Manager of Behavioral Health Support Services since August 2004 at Lancaster Lebanon IU 13. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Human Resources Generalist and worked as the Director of Student Assistance Programs at The COAD Group from September 1997 to August 2004. Susan holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education and a certification in Elementary Education and Teaching from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Frostburg State University.
