Martin J Moylan

Martin J Moylan is an accomplished CEO of Xantium since January 2016 and an Honorary Teaching Fellow in Entrepreneurship, Strategy & Innovation at Lancaster University since October 2017. As the owner of Moylan Homes, Martin has been instrumental in pioneering sustainable housing, achieving firsts in Zero Carbon design and the Secured by Design Award, while being recognized as Manchester Housebuilder of the Year in 1997 and 1999. Martin serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Lancaster University Management School, facilitating the application of academic insights to small and medium-sized enterprises. Previously, Martin held significant leadership roles such as National Chairman of the Residential Landlords Association from 1997 to 2004 and Director of the Federation of Small Businesses from 1995 to 2002, where Martin J fostered robust regional organizational development. Martin's educational background includes degrees from Lancaster University and Trinity College Dublin.
