Steve Barron

Steve Barron is a co-founder of Talk-Project-Action, established in January 2021, focusing on evolving project management theory and practice to address contemporary challenges, with content delivered via YouTube and a dedicated website. As Programme Director for the MSc Project Management program at Lancaster University and Lancaster University Management School since 1998, Barron has contributed significantly to academic leadership in project management education. Previous experience includes serving as a Business Management Adviser at BAE Systems from 1996 to July 1998, providing internal consultancy on business and project management best practices, and working as a Technical Adviser for BAE Systems/Beef Aircraft during the JPATS project bid phase from April 1991 to March 1992, where technical support was provided for the PC9 aircraft and training systems.
