Lancer Hospitality is a Minnesota-based hospitality company with a record of experience since 1976.  Our services include campus dining, K-12 lunch programs, corporate dining, restaurant management, award-winning catering, and large-scale food service and retail operations at premiere public venues and cultural attractions across the country.  

Lancer Hospitality was the vision of two young friends who started their hospitality careers with a single food truck.  Today Lancer has over 2,500 employees and provides innovative and progressive managed services in Minnesota, Washington, Utah, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, and Philadelphia.

Lancer became part of the Elior North America family of companies in 2017.
