Vicky-Leigh Sayer Assoccipd

Vicky-Leigh Sayer AssocCIPD is the Head of HR at Lancer Scott Ltd, a position held since March 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Group HR Manager at Broadway Group from September 2022 to February 2025 and HR Manager at Broadway Engineering Ltd for a brief period in 2022. Vicky-Leigh's earlier roles include Human Resources Manager and Human Resources and Internal Communications Co-Ordinator at AluK (GB) Ltd, as well as a series of HR and administrative positions at Allianz Insurance from 2012 to 2018, and customer service roles at Sam Smith Travel and LV=. Vicky-Leigh holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor’s Degree in BA (Hons) Tourism Business Management from the University of Birmingham.
