Blair Lancer

Blair Lancer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career in 2011 as a Stylist Intern at Petra Flannery, gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. In 2012, they worked as a Public Relations Intern at Giorgio Armani, further expanding their skill set. In 2013, they interned as a Stylist at Cristina Ehrlich and also gained sales experience as a Sales Intern at Herve Leger. In 2014, they worked as a Buying Intern at Saks Fifth Avenue, and in 2015, they joined Saks Fifth Avenue's Executive Excellence Program as a Trainee. In 2016, they became Director of Corporate Communications at Lancer Skincare, a role they held until 2017. In 2018, they pursued an MBA at Columbia Business School, completing the program in 2019. They then rejoined Lancer Skincare, starting as Director of Corporate Communications in 2019 and subsequently advancing to VP of Product Innovation and Corporate Communications. Currently, Blair is Chief Marketing Officer at Lancer Skincare, a position they have held since 2023.

Blair Lancer completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a concentration in Fashion, Business, and Communications at New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study from 2011 to 2015. Blair began their academic journey at Beverly Hills High School, where they completed their high school education from 2007 to 2011.
