Matthew Gates

Matthew Gates, MBA, PMP, serves as Senior Director of Strategic Product Marketing at Lancer Worldwide since December 2020, having previously held several positions including Product Line Director and Product Line Manager. Prior to Lancer Worldwide, Matthew accumulated over a decade of experience at FBD Partnership, LP, where roles included Senior Engineering Manager for the FCB Platform and Manager of Research and Development, focusing on product design for the beverage industry. Earlier experience includes positions at Lucifer Lighting, where responsibilities entailed manufacturing management and product development, and Modine Manufacturing Company as Project Engineer for heat exchanger products. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University, along with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
