Richard L. Laughlin P.e.

Richard L. Laughlin P.E. serves as the Executive Vice President of Lancer Corporation since August 1993, bringing extensive leadership experience to the organization. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Research Engineer at the University of Texas at Austin from April 1982 to May 1993, focusing on basic and applied research in pulsed power technology. Richard obtained a Master of Science in Management of Technology from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 1997 and 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Systems from The University of Texas at Austin from 1980 to 1985.
