Arushi Goel

Arushi Goel is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Team Lead at LanceSoft, Inc. since March 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing staffing solutions for the Manufacturing and Aerospace domain as a Lead Recruiter. Arushi's earlier experience at LanceSoft includes a role as a Recruiter, contributing to the company’s staffing services. Prior to joining LanceSoft, Arushi completed a Summer Internship at IDBI Federal Life Insurance in 2018. Arushi holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Diploma in Banking and Finance from Delhi University, a Master of Commerce from the University of Lucknow, and an MBA with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Laxmi Narayan College of Technology, Bhopal.
