Ayush Mittal is a seasoned professional in recruitment and engineering design, currently serving as Sr. Team Lead at LanceSoft, Inc. since April 2019. In this role, Ayush supervises a recruiting team of 8-10 members, focusing on training new recruiters and managing team productivity.
