Sarv Mohan has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as Recruiting Manager at LanceSoft, Inc. since February 2013, where previous roles included Associate Manager, Recruitment Lead, and Senior Technical Recruiter. Prior to joining LanceSoft, Sarv worked as a Technical Support Executive at Teleperformance from August 2012 to February 2013. Sarv holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kalasalingam University, earned between 2008 and 2012, and completed high school at Jaycess School with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science from 1993 to 2008.
