We operate in the private healthcare environment and provide specialised pathology services for the corporate, insurance and industrial sectors.

SANAS Accredited (ISO Standard 15189), more then 100 Specialist Pathologists.

To deliver consistent quality at every level of our business, Lancet Laboratories’ Quality Assurance team works hard to achieve and maintain SANAS accreditation throughout its structure, adhering to the highest international criteria set out according to ISO Standard 15189.

The Quality Assurance department is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented and maintained in all laboratories and departments within Lancet Labs.

Our objectives are to attain accreditation to ISO 15189 for laboratories and certification to ISO 9001 for all support departments.

The Technical Team at Lancet Laboratories is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure and software systems critical to the delivery of specialized pathology services. This includes managing IT support, developing custom software solutions for diagnostics, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of laboratory equipment, and supporting the integration of point-of-care devices. The team ensures that all technical operations adhere to the stringent SANAS accreditation standards, contributing to the overall quality and precision of pathology services provided.
