Esther Lee

Esther Lee is currently the Head of People (APAC) at LanciaConsult since April 2022. Prior to this role, Esther worked at TikTok as Talent & Organization Development (APAC) from January 2020 to December 2021, and at ByteDance in the same role during the same period. Before TikTok and ByteDance, Esther was a Senior Talent Executive and Talent Executive at Deloitte Southeast Asia from October 2017 to January 2020. Esther also served as an HR Business Partner at Al-Futtaim from August 2015 to September 2017. Esther holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from RMIT University.
