Kelli Colacarro

Kelli is a Consultant in the Lancor Cleveland office. As a Consultant, Kelli works directly with our clients to deliver talent to solve their leadership problems. She frames the workflow for the projects, manages our deliverables and works with the clients and candidates throughout their experience.

Prior to joining Lancor in 2022, Kelli worked for five years at a private equity backed SaaS business, OnShift Software. There she held positions in sales and partner management.

Kelli graduated from John Carroll University in 2016 receiving her B.A.
