Elis Librada

Elis Librada, L.S. possesses extensive experience in the land surveying field, currently serving as Vice President and Survey Program Manager at Land Design Consultants since November 2014. Previous roles include Survey Field Coordinator at Greenhorne & O'Mara from 2004 to 2014 and Survey Crew Chief at ASI from 2002 to 2004. Elis Librada holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Surveying and Topographic from Universidad de Puerto Rico, completed between 1995 and 2001. Additional education was obtained at Tomas A. Edison.
