Carlo Velthuijs

Carlo Velthuijs has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Carlo started their career in 2017 as an HR medewerker at Royal BAM Group nv, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined VIVAT as a Career development coordinator, and later that year, they worked as an HR assistant at Colliers International.

From 2019 to 2020, Carlo worked at Ohpen, first as a People Operations Manager A.I. and then as a Project Manager Implementatie AFAS. In the same year, they also worked as an HR business partner a.i. at Samsung SDS Cello Logistics.

In 2020, Carlo worked as an HR Project Lead A.I. at bol.com, focusing on HR processes for Holocracy. Carlo also worked as an HR consultant data & process a.i. at Mileway, where they managed projects related to SAP SuccesFactors implementation and HR reporting.

In 2021, Carlo worked as an HR Adviseur at Zonnehuisgroep Amstelland, where they were responsible for HR matters and project optimization. Carlo also worked as an HR Interim Professional at Rvdb, specializing in various HR themes.

Currently, Carlo is working as a People Operations Manager at Land Life, starting in April 2023.

Carlo Velthuijs obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Bestuurs- en Organisatiewetenschap from Utrecht University, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Strategisch Human Resource Management from the same university, completing their studies in 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Carlo attained a Power BI certification from SignOn ICT Trainingen+ in December 2021. Carlo also holds a Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge English Language Assessment, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
