Susan Phelps

Susan Phelps has over two decades of experience in the credit union industry, currently serving as a Quality Control Specialist and previously as Branch Manager at Land of Lincoln Credit Union since April 2014. In the role of Branch Manager, Susan Phelps oversees a team focused on delivering exceptional service and financial education to members in McLean County. Prior to that, Susan Phelps was the President of United Methodist Ministries Credit Union from January 2000 to April 2014, where leadership began as a loan officer/IRA administrator and progressed to managing financial services for United Methodist affiliates across Illinois. Susan Phelps graduated from Normal Community High School in 1982 with a focus on General and Business studies.
