Kayla Dicristina

Kayla DiCristina is a highly experienced planning professional with a diverse background in regional and urban planning. Currently serving as a Regional Planner at Land of Sky Regional Council and as a Zoning Administrator for the Town of Montreat, Kayla has previously held roles including Senior Planner at Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, where responsibilities focused on land division and development review. Additional experience includes positions as Planner I at Person County Planning Department, Graduate Research Assistant at the UNC School of Government, and various internships in planning and research at organizations such as the City of Graham Planning Department and Eno River Association. Kayla holds a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University.
