LeeAnne Tucker, MPA, has extensive experience in public administration and volunteer services, currently serving as the Director of the Area Agency on Aging at Land of Sky Regional Council since May 2000. LeeAnne has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Volunteer Services, Foster Grandparent Program Manager, and Retired and Senior Volunteer Program Coordinator. Prior to this, LeeAnne worked as a Health and Wellness Consultant at UNC Asheville from August 1992 to May 2000. Academically, LeeAnne holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Business Management from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with Health Promotions from the University of North Carolina Asheville.

Work with local governments, the Region’s leadership, state and federal agencies, service providers, and volunteers to foster desirable social, economic, cultural and ecological conditions in Buncombe, Henderson, Madison and Transylvania Counties.
