Omar Ragaey

Omar Ragaey is currently involved in food safety initiatives at Land O'Lakes Venture37 and Land O'Lakes, Inc. since August 2023, focusing on enhancing food safety knowledge and inspection practices. Prior to this role, Omar served as Food Safety Lead at PepsiCo from September 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included audit preparations and maintaining GMP programs. Previous positions include Food Safety Shift Leader at PepsiCo and Senior Quality Assurance at Right Foods Egypt, where support was provided to the QA Manager. Omar's experience also encompasses post-harvest coordination and marketing roles at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture, as well as a quality engineering position at Modern Bakeries Egypt. Omar holds a Master's Degree in Food Safety and Quality Assurance Management from Cairo University and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from Ain Shams University. Currently, studies are ongoing at The American University in Cairo.
