Kristina Porter

Kristina Porter is an experienced legal professional specializing in real property matters. Currently serving as a Title Officer at Land Services USA, Inc. since July 2017, Kristina underwrites title insurance and facilitates commercial real estate transactions. Previously, Kristina worked as an Associate Attorney at Carroll, Curseaden, & Moore, LLC, and the Law Offices of Juda J. Epstein, focusing on various real estate legal issues, including closings and foreclosures. Earlier experience includes legal internships with the Connecticut General Assembly and relevant work in the education sector as a middle school science teacher. Kristina holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver.
