CHEN XIN has accumulated significant experience in the field of data engineering and software development, currently serving as a Deputy Manager at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore since October 2019. Previously, CHEN held positions as a Senior Data Engineer and Data Engineer at LTA. Before joining LTA, CHEN worked as an Application Consultant at IBM from May 2017 to October 2019 and as a Software Engineer at AP Link from May 2014 to November 2016. CHEN holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, completed in 2014, alongside additional tertiary courses.
