James Cooper-Smith

James Cooper-Smith has over a decade of experience in the mortgage and underwriting sectors, currently serving as Underwriting Team Lead and Credit Manager at LANDBAY since September 2017, where previous roles included Underwriting Team Leader and Senior Mortgage Underwriter. Prior to LANDBAY, James held the position of Buy to Let Manager at Axis Bank for a brief period in 2017, and worked as a Mortgage Underwriter at Paratus AMC from August 2015 to March 2017. James also has experience as a Senior Property Specialist with Oakwood Global Finance (Pepper UK) from October 2013 to July 2015 and worked at CHL Mortgages from April 2007 to October 2013 as a Mortgage Underwriter and Recoveries Officer.
