Naomi Braisby

Naomi Braisby has been working in Human Resources for over 10 years. Naomi started their career as an HR coordinator for a small company. After a few years, they were promoted to HR manager. Naomi then spent a few years as an HR director for a large company. In October 2017, they became the European HR leader for Pepper UK. In this role, they were responsible for leading the HR effort for mergers, acquisitions, and new business builds throughout Europe. Naomi also sat on the interim executive committee for newly acquired European business units. In November 2018, they left Pepper UK to become the HR director at LANDBAY.

Naomi Braisby has a Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of Hertfordshire, a Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice from the Institute of Financial Services, and an NVQ in National Vocational Qualifications from Telford College of Arts & Technology. Naomi is also an ACCA in Accounting and Finance from Univeristy of Central England. Naomi is an Associate in Human Resources Management from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT.
