Paul Clampin

Paul Clampin has over 30 years of experience in the lending industry. Paul began their career in 1986 as a Mortgage Controller at Lincoln National. Paul then moved to Britannic Money Plc where they were Head of Credit Risk & Compliance from 1989 to 2003. In 2007, they became Head of New Lending at Mortgage Trust Ltd.

In 2008, Paul joined AIG as Country Manager for Northern Europe. Paul was with the company for two years before moving to The Paragon Group of Companies as Director of Mortgage Underwriting in 2010.

Paul is currently the Chief Lending Officer at LANDBAY, a position they have held since September 2012.
