Desmond has a 25 year experience in managing sourcing & supply chain across complex projects from shipping to remote locations in Africa to managing complex supply chain projects for big-box retailers in USA.

Desmond joined Landcent in 2012 and oversees the sourcing and vendor on-boarding process and responsible to design /implement vendor approval/production & logistical cost saving processes in terms of man hours and procedural overlapping. Desmond has an in-depth experience in import/export, air/sea/multi modal transport systems and a self starter with an eye for detail.
