Andrew Connelly

Andrew Connelly has a strong background in software engineering and development. Andrew currently works as a Team Lead at Landchecker, where they are responsible for solution design and development of backend systems and applications. Andrew has also played a key role in the redesign and overhaul of cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD processes.

Prior to their role at Landchecker, Andrew worked at My Local Group as a Lead Developer, where they led a small team of backend developers. Andrew designed and built systems in compliance with APRA regulations to protect customer PII. Andrew also worked as a PHP Developer at My Local Group.

Before that, Andrew was a LAMP Developer at FusePump, where they focused on backend development and maintenance of web scrappers. FusePump specializes in creating, managing, and integrating product data feeds into online marketing channels.

Andrew also gained experience as a Software Engineer at 2THEDOOR LIMITED, where they developed and maintained an in-house Android/iOS app for managing drivers' delivery manifests. The app included functionality for plotting delivery routes and sending updates on the status of deliveries.

Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as a Research Assistant at Victoria University.

Andrew Connelly obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Victoria University, graduating in 2012. Prior to that, in 2009, they received a Diploma in Information Technology from the same university. In January 2023, Andrew also obtained the certification of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance.
