Nicholas Muir has over 15 years of experience in development management, having worked at various esteemed organizations. From November 2007 to November 2020, Nicholas served as a Development Manager at Lendlease. After a brief tenure at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment from April 2021 to January 2022, Nicholas continued in the same capacity at TOGA from January 2022 to July 2025. Currently, Nicholas holds the position of Senior Development Manager at Landcom since July 2025. Educationally, Nicholas pursued property economics at the University of Western Sydney from 2004 to 2007, and also completed a student exchange at Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Gymnasium in 2003-2004, alongside a business and managerial economics course at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau in 2007.
