Adam Battagello

Adam is passionate about building relationships with the firm's clients and assisting them through the complex field of Australian employment law, particularly in regard to litigation. He approaches all matters with the aim of providing informed, commercially-minded advice tailored to each client's specific needs.

Adam's practice covers the full range of employment, industrial, safety and discrimination fields. He has a particular focus and passion for work health and safety law in both an advisory and litigation context.

Adam has acted in a range of matters across both Federal and State jurisdictions. He has advised and appeared for both private and public sector clients in employment and safety matters ranging from high profile safety incidents involving the death of workers, workplace investigations, unfair dismissals, general protections and underpayment claims.
