Jossam Potel

Jossam POTEL is a Senior Land Tenure Specialist at Landesa since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jossam served as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Policy Research and Analysis - Rwanda from March 2022 to October 2023. Jossam also held the position of Head of Department of Land Administration and Management at Ines-Ruhengeri from May 2016 to October 2023, showcasing extensive experience in land administration and policy.
