Johannes Læssøe Navntoft has diverse work experience spanning various industries. Johannes began their career in 2005 as a Tjener at Restaurant El Castillo, where they quickly took on the responsibility of opening and closing the restaurant and managing its operations. Johannes also worked as a Pædagogmedhjælper at Lindehuset Lindevang fritidsklub, where they worked approximately 29 hours per week. After completing their student exam, they joined Trænregimentet as a Værnepligtig for a few months.

In 2009, Navntoft worked as a Plejemedhjælper at Plejehjemmet Damsøgård and as an Aktivitetsansvarlig at Jambo Feriepark. At Jambo Feriepark, they were responsible for planning and executing various social activities and events for guests of all ages. During this time, they developed a full schedule of activities offering 30 hours of weekly entertainment.

Navntoft then joined Daginstitutionen Kridthuset as a Pædagogmedhjælper for a few months in 2010. In the same year, they became the Daglig leder of Elev Ungdomsklub, where they managed the daily operations of the business, including relocating to new facilities, improving the financial situation, and developing the overall work and club culture. Johannes also worked as a Klubmedarbejder at the same organization earlier.

In 2014, Navntoft worked as a Konsulent at House of Living ApS before transitioning to Truestory in 2015 as the Head of Partnerships. In this role, they led the organization's partnership efforts until July 2022. Currently, they are the Supply Lead at Landfolk, a position they assumed in July 2022.

Johannes Læssøe Navntoft obtained a Bachelor's degree in tysk og kommunikation from Aarhus University, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their STX degree in Samfundsfag og Engelsk from Frederikssund Gymnasium between 2005 and 2008.
