Camila Parra Maya has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Camila started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Meals de Colombia in 2016 and later moved on to Quala S.A. where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, they handled various HR responsibilities such as recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, and performance management.
After that, Camila joined Burger King España as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they focused on hiring top-performing candidates for the organization. Currently, they are working at LANDING AI as an HR Generalist & Recruiter. Camila is responsible for coordinating recruiting activities, sourcing and screening candidates, building relationships with recruiters, and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Camila Parra Maya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Sabana between the years 2013 and 2017. Camila then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at EAE Business School from 2019 to 2020.
